Letter from Meyer to Stolpe. Webster acknowledges receipt of Stolpe‘s letter of the 22 November and accepts that payment for Benin bronzes (already sent to Stolpe) will be made in April 1900. Webster congratulates Stolpe to his appointment as director of the Museum of Ethnography (actually head of Department of Ethnography of the National Museum of Natural History).
